Pete is responsible for housing management, repairs and planned improvements to your home. This includes gas safety/servicing, anti-social behaviour, aids and adaptations to your home and any general tenancy issues. Also responsible for Care and Support services and Care & Repair services for private sector residents.

Mike is responsible for allocating payments to your rent or service charge account. Also any other financial issues relating to your tenancy.

Lynda is responsible for the development of new properties and Three Rivers regeneration programmes. Also responsible for your right to buy your property and opportunities for shared ownership.
