St Bedes House, Gateshead
St Bedes House based in Gateshead provides accommodation to single homeless people between the ages of 16-65 years of age within a secure, supportive, non judgemental environment.  The accommodation consists of 15 self contained one bedroomed manhattan style apartments, fully furnished to a high specification.  There is also a communal games room and training room where activities take place to encourage community inclusion and basic life skill training.

The project is staffed 24 hours a day 365 days of the year by a highly qualified well established staff team. The staff team provide  a safe  environment whilst delivering comprehensive support services ranging from health and emotional well being, budgeting and benefit advice, life skills and assistance in gaining training and employment.

The project team work with a wide range of agencies throughout Gateshead area to deliver related support tailored to the specific needs and requests of the client.  The aim of the project is to move clients on to live successfully within their own tenancy in the broader community.
St James House, Stockton
Located near Stockton centre, we provide 18 self-contained flats and support for people who cannot manage their own home or who have become homeless. Clients include people with disability, those fleeing violence from family, asylum seekers and homeless single people and families. The building has a communal facilities.
Durham Womens Refuge
Offers support to women and children who are fleeing domestic violence. The scheme benefits from a communal lounge, kitchen and a children’s playroom. Staff can offer a wide range of housing and related services. They provide specialist advice and support around domestic violence issues. The team assists women and children to access permanent and safe accommodation options.
Teesdale House, Bishop Auckland
Based in the bustling town centre, the project consists of six bedrooms, communal living space and a staff room. Our residents enjoy living in a modern and clean living environment with excellent facilities such as wide screen TV, individual fridges T/V and tea making facilities in rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It provides a comprehensive service to house single homeless people between the ages of 16 and 25. Staff are available 24 hours to help with the development of independent living skills, budgeting, advice on welfare benefits, assistance in completing forms and general housing advice. We also offer a re-settlement program and floating support.
