Together
with our partners, we provide housing, support and care services for
the following groups of people:
- Individuals who are currently living independently in the community
and need temporary support.
- Families and single people who may be fleeing violence or are
homelesss.
- Individuals moving out of Social Services’ and Health Authorities’
residential care homes to become more independent and have their
own tenancies.
- Individuals who might be living at home but want to move into
a first home of their own but need support from staff to do so.
The accommodation models we offer include:
- Large house or bungalow where each tenant has his/her own bedroom
and shares living and communal areas with two or three others.
- Purpose built bungalows for people who use wheelchairs and need
plenty of space and specialist equipment.
- Individual flats clustered around a staff office/facility.
- Individual flats or houses located in a mixed rented development.
- Newly built properties developed to a high specification to cater
for people who may have very complex needs or require nursing services.
