This scheme is being developed by Mansells Construction Ltd. Westoe Crown Village The association continues to be involved in this regeneration project and will be acquiring 18 units for rent between September 2007 and March 2008 in partnership with George Wimpey Homes. St. Columbus This 12 unit rented apartment scheme in Hartlepool is being developed with Kendall Cross and is due to be completed in mid 2008.
