West Rainton Phase 1, Durham City
Development of eight 2 bedroom bungalows for rent. These homes have been designed to 'lifetime homes standards' to achieve an Eco Homes rating of very good. Main contractor was CGR Construction and completed December 2006.
Birch Road, Barnard Castle in Teesdale
The scheme consists of ten 2 bedroom apartments for mainstream rent. Main contractor was B & I Thompson and completed in January 2007.
Mickleton
Nine 2 & 3 bedroom homes - seven units for rent and two for equity purchase. Completed in February 2007 and the developer was B & I Thompson.
Lynndale
One 4 bedroom bungalow for local family. The design incorporates high levels of insulation to help reduce overall running costs and will also provide specialist equipment for two disabled boys. The scheme was developed by CGR Ecohomes Ltd.
