WE are currently looking to recruit more residents/tenants to strengthen our Opinion Panel. Three Rivers Housing opinion panel is made up of people who would like to be consulted about housing issues. We contact the panel via email when we want to ask them for there opinion on new policies, fill in surveys and to ask them on the quality of our services.

As a member of the Opinion panel you can specify particular areas of interest, from anti-social behaviour to repairs and Decent Homes. We carry out consultation by sending the OP information via email to ask there opinion.
The questionnaires the panel receive are fairly short and should not take up much of your time to complete.
Members of tenant and resident groups are very welcome to become members of the panel and we appreciate your participation.

Opinion Panel Aims

• Providing mechanisms for residents to scrutinise the performance and increase the influence over the quality of life in neighbourhoods and communities through surveys etc.
• Providing all residents with an easy to read email inviting the Opinion Panel to give Three Rivers Housing feedback on performance settings.
• Providing periodic feedback to the opinion panel from information gathered from resident surveys ( customer services/ repairs) and the changes that have been made from any themes that emerge.
• Using the Group to scrutinise draft policies before implementation and as one of the consultative bodies when resident feedback required.
