The Association requires its Board Members and employees at all times to act honestly and with integrity and to safeguard the resources for which Three Rivers Housing Association (the Association) is responsible. Fraud is an ever-present threat to these resources and hence must be a concern to all employees and persons employed in a similar capacity. Fraud may occur internally or externally and may be perpetrated by staff, consultants, suppliers, contractors or development partners, individually or in collusion with others. The Association has a comprehensive fraud and corruption policy which includes confidential reporting (‘whistleblowing’). Three Rivers is committed to fighting fraud and corruption and actively encourages employees, members of the public and others who suspect such or who have concerns about any aspect of the Association’s work to report them.

What kind of thing should I report?
Examples of the kind of thing you may wish to report are:
Can I make a report anonymously?
Yes. If you wish to make a report anonymously you may do so by by writing to the Director of Finance at the contact address or by telephoning. However, it would be helpful if we are able to contact you should we need further details to conduct a full investigation. We will also not be able to provide any feedback to persons who report anonymously
Malicious Reports
Please do not be tempted to make a report against somebody just to settle a personal dispute or grudge. Such allegations are harmful and result in an unnecessary waste of time and money and may lead to legal action being taken.
