The database that you can view on this website shows all of our properties for rent. Availability of the properties varies and you will need to be registered on our waiting list to be considered for a property when it comes vacant.

The exact rent that you will be charged depends on the type and size of the property that you rent but average charges are:

1 bed flat	£61.44
2 bed flat	£63.17
2 bed bungalow	£64.85
2 bed house	£61.78
3 bed house	£68.43
3 bed wheelchair bungalow	£67.90

We do not charge a bond but you would be responsible for council tax and utility bills.
