Residents
should not cause annoyance, nuisance or harassment against another resident.
If another person causes you distress by their actions, then this is
anti-social behaviour.
The behaviour must be something more than a general day-to-day event
which a reasonable person can handle. Examples of such behaviour are:
- High noise levels
- Racial harassment
- Immoral use of the premises
- Threats of violence
