This post is on a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months and is to commence as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be expected to supervise contracts ranging from £50,000. You will also be expected to investigate, where necessary, defects and any latent defects arising from building projects.

You will have broad experience in the construction industry, particularly in the area of house building. You will be expected to represent the Association’s interest on site in a fair and tactful manner.

You will need to be confident in dealing with people, and have a strong customer focus, as you will be dealing with the Association’s residents on a regular basis.
