‘Shaping Communities, Creating Choice' Our aim is to… ‘Provide affordable homes and quality services; improving the lives of residents by creating vibrant, diverse and sustainable communities.’ The corporate plan outlines Four Housing Group’s key priorities for the period 2009-2012. We are very proud of the high performance standards that have been achieved over the years and the excellent service we deliver to our customers. Whilst we continue to operate within a rapidly changing environment, the provision of more affordable housing and the need to engage and consult with our customers is even greater. In putting this plan together, we have considered the priorities of our partners and other principal external agencies and agendas such as the Tenant Services Authority, the Homes & Communities Agency, Regional Spatial and Housing Strategies, Northern Way and Durham Coalfields Housing Market Renewal to build a coherent approach to delivering quality housing and thriving neighbourhoods and communities. |
