Our statement of purpose says: “Three Rivers Housing Group aims to be the best housing association group in the North-East providing good quality, affordable homes with customer centred services in attractive neighbourhoods where people want to live”. Our belief in delivering quality, value for money and good customer care very much underpins this vision. Therefore, our tenants are actively invited to give us feedback in various ways. Good, sound partnership working has no doubt been instrumental to our success over the years and we wish to continue to build on the good relationships we have fostered. With further support of our public and private sector partners, we hope to continue providing homes and services that people want and need.
